1. Description of Service

GetQuotent is an autonomous, AI-driven cloud platform designed to automate corporate procurement cycles and Requests for Quotes (RFQs). The platform utilizes advanced technology, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to draft procurement documents, discover prospective suppliers, and automatically track and compare offers based on multi-dimensional variables.

2. AI Disclaimer and User Responsibility

• Draft Provision Only: All RFQ documents, product specification summaries, supplier recommendations, and communication materials created by GetQuotent are automated drafts generated by artificial intelligence. They do not constitute certified professional or legal advice.
• Human-in-the-Loop: The User maintains sole and exclusive responsibility to review, modify, and authorize all generated content prior to its distribution to third-party suppliers.
• Limitation of Fault: GetQuotent and its independent founder shall not be held liable for any procurement errors, material delays, loss of profits, or technical misinterpretations of specifications resulting from reliance on automated AI processes.

3. Service Availability and "As-Is" Warranty

The Platform and all its integrated features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for continuous service optimization, GetQuotent makes no warranties that the server environments, autonomous routines, or vendor databases will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or devoid of minor technical downtimes.

4. Fair Use and Usage Restrictions

To preserve server stability and prevent system abuse, Users are strictly prohibited from exploiting the communication infrastructure to distribute unsolicited spam, fraudulent inquiries, or any content violating anti-spam regulations. Accounts violating these rules or causing abnormal strain on the system's infrastructure will be terminated instantly without liability.

5. Subscription Fees and No-Refund Policy

All billing tiers operate on a standard recurring subscription model based on the features available in each tier. Any fees or transactional costs once paid to the platform are completely non-refundable. Upon opting for subscription cancellation, the User retains access to the platform features until the exact calendar completion of the active paid billing cycle.

6. Modifications to Terms

The independent founder of GetQuotent reserves the absolute right to amend, update, or restructure these Terms of Service or current subscription costs at any given interval. Continued interaction with the Platform following updates signifies absolute compliance with revised parameters.
